The standard offer
The monthly website plan is $199 per month with a $0 build fee and a 12-month initial commitment. After that initial term it continues month-to-month. An annual payment option is $1,990 for the year.
What the service covers
The standard plan covers an agreed business marketing website, hosting, SSL, mobile optimization, lead/contact forms, click-to-call, basic on-page and technical SEO, Analytics and Search Console setup, maintenance, unlimited normal website updates, and human support.
Unlimited updates and included fees
Unlimited text, photo, service-detail, and promotional updates to your existing website. Requests are completed one at a time. New pages, major redesigns, and custom functionality are scoped separately. There is no separate setup, hosting, maintenance, or per-update fee for included services. Domain registration or renewal and optional third-party services remain separate. Out-of-plan work requires agreement before additional charges.
Scope boundaries
Ecommerce, custom applications, membership platforms, customer portals, complex databases, large-scale custom development, and ongoing full-service SEO are outside this plan. Additional pages, substantial new sections, and major redesigns require agreement on scope.
Domain and content
You retain ownership of your domain. You are responsible for the accuracy of business information and for having permission to use content you provide. Domain renewal arrangements, site-code rights, transfer arrangements, and any applicable third-party costs are clarified in the service agreement.
Inquiries and agreements
Sending an inquiry is not a purchase or a service contract. Work begins under a separate agreement that confirms scope, billing, timing, cancellation procedures, and any termination obligations.
