Unlimited text, photo, service-detail, and promotional updates to your existing website. Requests are completed one at a time. New pages, major redesigns, and custom functionality are scoped separately.
Are there any extra fees?
There are no additional Relay fees for the services included in your plan. Your domain registration or renewal and optional third-party services are separate. New pages, major redesigns, custom development, and other out-of-plan work are quoted and agreed before any additional charge.
Why is there a 12-month commitment?
The monthly plan includes the initial website build with no upfront setup fee. The initial term is 12 months, totaling $2,388 at $199/month. After that, the service continues month-to-month. The annual option is $1,990 paid upfront for the year.
Do I own my domain?
Yes. You retain ownership of your domain. We help connect it to your website. Your service agreement confirms site-code rights, transfer arrangements, and cancellation procedures before work starts.
How long do a build and update requests take?
We confirm the launch schedule after reviewing your scope and content. Update timing depends on the request; work is completed one request at a time. We agree on expectations before you sign.
Will this guarantee more leads or higher rankings?
We build a professional website with clear contact paths and foundational SEO. Rankings and lead volume depend on more than the site, so we do not guarantee them. Ongoing SEO and paid advertising are outside the standard plan.
